Property description
Room available to rent with a communal living area. Each room rented at R6800.00 per person per month, each has it's own private entrance and en-suite bathroom with shower, small fridge and coffee station. One parking per tenant. The property has a living area, kitchen, dining room and swimming pool which is shared space.
Rental price includes Wi-Fi, water, electricity and house keeping once a week.
Linen and towels not included.
This house is situated in Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, the estate is 680ha in size, with half hectare stands. Game moves freely between the lodges and homes, so you can either let the wildlife come to you, or go on a game drive on one of the estate's game drive routes. Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate also has a beautiful wilderness area, allowing guests to go on self-drive game drives on the estate.
There are various bird hides and dams on these routes. Security is strictly monitored through a security gate with 24 hour access control. The estate is located just a few hundred meters outside Hoedspruit, and is close to a number of restaurants, shops and medical facilities.
Regrettably no pets allowed.
