Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Remax. Fees are based on the notice period:
More than 3 months before arrival: 25% of rental
2–3 months before arrival: 30% of rental
1–2 months before arrival: 50% of rental
7 days to 1 month before arrival: 75% of rental
Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of rental
The landlord reserves the right to re-rent the property after cancellation. No refunds for early departures.
